Summer/Fall Half Marathon Training
Begins Tuesday, June 22nd through Saturday, Oct 12th - $100 one time fee
TRAINING SCHEDULE:
Tuesdays 6:30 pm-7:30 pm
Thursdays 6:30 pm-7:30 pm
Saturdays 6:30 am-8:00 am
Included in the program:
- Access to an experienced running coach who can help guide you through the training.
- A 16-week mileage calendar to follow.
- Three weekly group runs to help keep you on track to meeting your goal distances.
- Invitations to exclusive events just for our running club.
Requirements:
- Be comfortable with running 4 miles continuously.
- Be prepared to run with hydration and nutrition as needed. We recommend having a handheld bottle, hydration belt, or vest. We carry a selection of options in-store if you don't have one yet.
- Come with suitable footwear. Worn-out shoes can contribute to injury. Visit your nearest Fleet Feet location for a fitting if you need assistance finding footwear options.

The goal race for this program is the Prairie Fire Half Marathon on October 13.
