Slow Girl Run Club
Begins Sunday, April 14th through Wednesday, June 5th - $50 one time fee
TRAINING SCHEDULE:
Wednesdays 6:30 PM -7:30 PM
Sundays 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Included in the program:
- An 8-week program calendar to follow.
- Two weekly group runs to stay active and build community
- Invitations to exclusive events just for our running club.
- Free T-Shirt included in fee!
Requirements:
- Be prepared to exercise with hydration as needed. We recommend having a handheld bottle or hydration belt. We carry a selection of options in-store if you don't have one yet.
- Come with suitable footwear. Worn-out shoes can contribute to injury. Visit your nearest Fleet Feet location for a fitting if you need assistance finding footwear options.
- Many of our runs will occur during early morning hours when visibility is limited. Please come prepared with lights or reflectivity to keep yourself safe on our runs. We will also carry plenty of options in-store.
- No physical Requirements are necessary. This group is open to beginners and experienced runners and walkers.
