At Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie we are committed to helping you achieve the right fit. Please understand that as a small locally owned business and leader in the local running community, returns are very costly to our business. We have a very generous 60-day exchange policy. Our policy is exchange or store credit as an extension of our commitment to helping you find the correct fit. The details of our policy are:

• All footwear exchanges neede to be made within 60 days and must include the original box, insoles, and laces. We kindly ask that you verify that the size is comfortable and the color is of your choosing before wearing them outdoors.
• Sale and clearance items, all nutrition items, limited-edition shoes, and Birkenstock sandals are final sale unless a visible defect is present.
• Any items outside of footwear and insoles including all apparel, accessories (e.g., socks, hats), and electronics need to be in their original sellable condition with the tags attached to make an exchange.

To offer the best shopping and product-exchange experience to our customers, we reserve the right to limit the number of exchanges if we have reason to suspect misuse of our policy.
