Our Half Marathon Training Program will start January 27 and meet Tuesdays at 6 p.m. at City Island and Saturdays at 8 a.m at Fleet Feet Mechanicsburg. Whether you are trying to complete your first half marathon or you are looking to run a personal best, we'll tailor your training accordingly. Our 14 week program will gear you up for a spring half marathon. Our comprehensive coached program is led by running coach Fred Joslyn and includes instruction on running form, pacing, hydration/nutrition, and tips to lead you to a successful race. Fred has many years of racing and coaching experience and will use his expertise to help you reach your goals. Program includes custom half marathon training plan and a Fleet Feet Running Club apparel piece.
