After having paused her running adventures for about 10 years, Raychel laced up her running sneakers and didn’t take them off, joining NoBo, the race crew, Pathways, and HIT/MIT, and coaching for the Fleet Feet training programs just a few months after moving to Tulsa with Tulsa Remote. Races with lots of crowd support are her favorite, but the real reason she trains is to be able to run through airports to make a connecting flight when her travel is inevitably delayed.

I'm a proud participant in the Fleet Feet Pathways training program and absolutely love it! On race days, you'll spot me assisting runners at registration helping them get to the start line before that gun goes off. Post finish line, I'm helping runners enjoy cool beverages. I enjoy running the Tulsa Run every year, and my favorite Fleet Feet race to work and run is the Lederhosen Lauf!
