Our summer session of HIT/MIT begins on May 20th and runs until June 29th - and it's ONLY $39.00!  A great deal and a way to get your miles in with a great group of people during the "off-season" for marathon and half training.  It's a perfect way to get that base built so you are ready to train for a full or half marathon this fall!  Three weekday workouts plus a Saturday workout is included.
